Dear Friend,

Thank you for your interest in joining the Emergency Numbering System.
The ENS program is to help guide the Union Ambulance District & Union Fire Protection District and Law Enforcement to  locate your emergency call to your home in a more efficient and timely manner.

Application packets are available at Union Fire Protection Dist. Station #1 located at 1401 West Springfield Ave, Union, Mo. 636-583-2515

You will receive in each packet the following: 

• two consent forms, which need to be signed by all property owners. One copy must be returned to ENS and the other copy is for your records.
• A green telephone sticker that you can put your ENS number on it when your sign is put up. You should use this number in the event of an emergency. 

We ask for a $45.00 one-time donation to the Emergency Numbering System. This donation is necessary in order to process your information and thus receive your personal ENS sign. 

Please make your check or money order payable to the Emergency Numbering System and mail to our office in the self-addressed envelope enclosed in your packet.

After we receive the proper information a fire fighter from the Union Fire Protection District will come out to your property and assign and install your ENS number. Please be advised that the delivery of your sign is approximately 4-6 weeks.
